Care that comes to you.
Every service is delivered one-on-one, in your home, by a Doctor of Physical Therapy — with at least 30 minutes of hands-on manual therapy every single visit. No clinic, no commute, no divided attention.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Board-level orthopedic expertise, delivered in your home after surgery.
initial evaluation · $130/visit (1–7 visits) · $120/visit (8+ bundle)
As an orthopedic specialist, Wasim works with you through every phase of post-surgical recovery — managing swelling and pain, restoring range of motion, rebuilding strength, and getting you back to the activities you love. Every session includes at least 30 minutes of hands-on manual therapy. Common surgeries include total knee replacement, total hip replacement, rotator cuff repair, ACL reconstruction, spinal surgery, and more.
Conditions treated
Lower Back Pain & Injury Recovery
Lower back pain is one of Wasim's primary specialties — and one of the most undertreated conditions in outpatient PT.
initial evaluation · $130/visit (1–7 visits) · $120/visit (8+ bundle)
Wasim specializes in lower back pain, neck pain, and orthopedic injuries. Whether you're dealing with a new injury or pain that's been limiting you for years, every session is built around at least 30 minutes of manual therapy — hands-on joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and Active Release Technique — paired with targeted therapeutic exercise. Cash-based care means the plan is built around what you actually need, not what an insurance company approves.
Conditions treated
Vestibular Rehab & Fall Risk
Specialized vestibular care — including BPPV — and fall risk reduction from a clinician with ER experience.
initial evaluation · $130/visit (1–7 visits) · $120/visit (8+ bundle)
Wasim is a vestibular specialist with one year of emergency room experience, giving him a uniquely sharp eye for fall risk and balance disorders. He specializes in BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) — one of the most common and most mismanaged causes of dizziness — as well as broader vestibular dysfunction, gait instability, and fall prevention. If you've been told your dizziness or balance issues are "just aging," it's worth a proper evaluation.
Conditions treated
Neurological Rehabilitation
Specialized recovery for stroke, brain injury, and neurological conditions — from a survivor who lived it.
initial evaluation · $130/visit (1–7 visits) · $120/visit (8+ bundle)
Wasim's personal experience as a brain tumor survivor and patient at the Center for Transitional Neurorehabilitation gives him a rare depth of understanding for neurological recovery. He is LSVT BIG Certified — a specialized protocol for Parkinson's disease — and works with patients recovering from stroke, TBI, and other neurological conditions, focusing on functional movement, balance, coordination, and rebuilding independence in daily life.
Conditions treated
Strength, Mobility & Injury Prevention
Stay ahead of pain and injury with a program built around how you actually move.
initial evaluation · $130/visit (1–7 visits) · $120/visit (8+ bundle)
The best injury is the one that never happens. Wasim works with active adults, athletes, and anyone who wants to maintain independence as they age. Proactive movement screening, progressive strength programming, and education to keep you moving well for years to come.
Conditions treated
At least 30 minutes of manual therapy. Every visit.
This isn't a stretch-and-go practice. Every treatment session is built around hands-on manual therapy — Wasim's hands on your body, working the tissue, mobilizing the joints, and driving real change. The tools below are applied when clinically appropriate, but manual therapy is always the foundation.
Manual Therapy
Foundation of every visitMinimum 30 min every visit — always.
Joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and hands-on techniques that restore movement and reduce pain. While other clinics rush through 15-minute sessions, Wasim dedicates a minimum of 30 minutes to manual therapy every single visit — because that's what actually drives results.
Active Release Technique (ART)
Targeted soft tissue therapy that breaks up adhesions and scar tissue in muscles, tendons, and fascia — restoring full range of motion and reducing chronic pain.
Dry Needling
Fine needles placed into trigger points to release muscle tension, reduce pain, and restore normal muscle function — particularly effective for chronic pain and post-surgical tightness.
Cupping Therapy
Decompression technique that lifts tissue to improve blood flow, reduce fascial restrictions, and accelerate recovery — often used alongside manual therapy.
Instrument-Assisted Scraping (IASTM)
Specialized tools used to detect and treat scar tissue, fascial restrictions, and chronic soft tissue dysfunction — breaking down adhesions that limit movement.
LSVT BIG (Parkinson's Certified)
An evidence-based, amplitude-focused exercise protocol specifically designed for Parkinson's disease. Wasim is certified in LSVT BIG — one of the most effective interventions for improving movement in Parkinson's patients.
Exercise & massage — no evaluation required.
Not every visit needs to be a full PT treatment. For patients who want guided therapeutic exercise or massage therapy on its own, Wasim offers straightforward flat-fee sessions.

Initial evaluation at home
Wasim comes to your home for a thorough evaluation — assessing your movement, strength, pain, and goals to build a personalized treatment plan. Every new patient starts here ($170).
Hands-on treatment begins
Every session is one-on-one, in your home, with at least 30 minutes of manual therapy. Treatment adapts as you progress — always focused on getting you back to what you love.
Why we don't take insurance.
Insurance-based PT often means 15-minute sessions, shared therapist time, and treatment plans dictated by what a payer approves — not what you need. By operating cash-based, Wasim can spend a full hour with you, dedicate at least 30 minutes to hands-on manual therapy, and design the exact plan your recovery requires. Transparent pricing. No surprises. No compromises.

What patients ask
Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for sessions?+
Yes. Physical therapy at Rise Again is not billed through insurance, but many patients use their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to cover the cost of their sessions. We're happy to provide detailed receipts or documentation to support reimbursement through these accounts.
Do I need a doctor's referral?+
No referral needed. Arizona is a direct-access state, which means you can see a physical therapist without a prescription. Simply book an appointment and we'll take it from there.
Does insurance cover in-home physical therapy?+
Rise Again Physical Therapy is a cash-based practice — we do not bill insurance directly. This means no prior authorizations, no visit limits, and no surprise denials. You pay a transparent flat rate and receive a full hour of one-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
How much does a session cost?+
A physical therapy evaluation is $170. Follow-up visits are $130 per session, or $120 per visit when you purchase a package of 4 or more. Therapeutic exercise sessions are $80 for 45 minutes and massage therapy is $100 for 45 minutes. Visits 20+ miles from Goodyear may include a distance surcharge.
What do I need to prepare for my first visit?+
Just a clear space to move — your living room, bedroom, or backyard works perfectly. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Wasim brings all equipment needed for a full PT session. No gym, no commute, no waiting room.
